Enroll

After you sign up for the platform, you'll go through a simple skill set assessment to see if you're a good fit. Then, you can enroll in a Client program to become a certified remote customer service professional. Choose the best Client for your skill set. Attend 4 weeks of certification training in a virtual classroom.

Certify

You are now a trained remote Customer Service Representative! You can now choose the hours that work best for you and start earning money from the comfort of your own home!

  • Is a background check required?

- yes, you must be able to pass a background check.


  • Can I work from anywhere?

-We offer remote opportunities to Customer Service Professionals across the U.S. Currently, we are not accepting Individuals from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin.


  • Can I use my Cellphone/ and or wireless service?

-Cell phones are not permitted. All remote agents would be using either a landline phone service or VOIP depending on the client program. Wireless internet is not permitted on the Arise platform. All agents must be hardwired to their internet modem.


  • What is your method of communication?

-We communicate with our agents via email, phone, our facebook group, slack channel and the homebase app. be sure to download the ''slack'' app and the ''homebase'' app.


  • Am I to work full-time and/or Part-time?

-We hire Independent Contractors only. All of our positions are contract work. Remote agents choose their own hours and can choose the number of hours they work each week. Each agent is required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.


  • Am I able to work more than one job opportunity at once?

-Yes and no. you are more than welcome to work more than one job at a time, but we don't recommend starting another job opportunity until you finish training with the first one before proceeding to another.
